Yes, the core app is free. A small flat of up to 4 flatmates can use all features — meal planning, groceries, expense splits, pantry — without paying. Larger flats and premium AI features (like advanced recipe generation and priority support) are part of a paid tier that is coming soon.
All of the above. Ramu Kaka was built for Indian households, whether that is three bachelors sharing a 2BHK, a couple in their first apartment, or a large joint family cooking together. You can create multiple flats and switch between them.
Ramu Kaka creates smart lists you can send to Instamart, Blinkit or Zepto via deep links. Direct ordering is on our roadmap. You can also mark items as bought manually or from a bazaar run.
Of course, kaka ka kaam hi hai samajhna. You can chat in English, Hindi, or mixed Hinglish and Ramu Kaka will respond in the same style. More Indian languages are coming soon.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We only use the minimum data needed to run the app, and we never sell your data. You can export or delete your account any time from Settings or at /delete-account.
