Questions from flats
Your cook
No. The cook gets a WhatsApp message with the dish, how many are eating and, if you want, the method. You choose the language it is written in and when it goes out.
Food
No. The flat sets what its kitchen allows, and each person’s diet goes with them. You are only offered dishes that fit both. A dish with no tag is treated as non-veg, so nothing slips through.
Money
No. Settling up opens your own UPI app with the payee and amount filled in. The money goes straight to your flatmate; the app records it only after you say you paid.
The vote
When voting closes, Ramu Kaka makes the dish most of the flat likes, and the cook is told as usual. Anyone who is out taps I’m out, and the headcount drops by one.

On iPhone from the App Store, in your browser with the web app, or on Android through the Google Play beta. Every link is on the get the app page. It is free for now. Paid plans for bigger homes are planned, and we will say what they cost before anyone is asked to pay.
