I did not get the OTP when signing up.
Check spam, then wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. If it still does not arrive, email support with your phone or email and we will investigate.
How do I remove a flatmate?
Open the flat, tap Members, swipe on the flatmate and tap Remove. Only admins can remove members.
My expense split looks wrong.
Long-press the expense → Edit. You can override who owes what per expense, or change the default split rule at Flat → Settings.
How do I reset my password?
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. You will get an OTP on your email. Still stuck? Email support.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps at the Delete Account page, or email us and we will handle it.
